What Each Edition Delivers
Every Intellimarker report presents percentile distributions rather than single averages, so a center can see the full range of peer results and locate itself within it. Each report page exports to Excel.

Income Statement
How does our cost structure compare to peer centers?
A common size income statement from net operating revenue through EBITDA margin, viewable as total dollars, a percentage of revenue, per case, per operating room, or per square foot.
Income Statement Analysis
How does performance change with facility size?
The same income statement lines segmented by revenue, operating room count, case volume, and square footage, so a center compares against facilities of its own scale.
Liquidity Analysis
Is our balance sheet position competitive?
Cash position, days cash on hand, accounts receivable and days outstanding, net working capital, and current ratio.
Case Volume
Are our rooms and physicians productive?
Total cases and cases per day, surgical cases per operating room, non-surgical volume per procedure room, and the share of cases concentrated among top physicians.
Case Mix
How does our specialty mix compare?
The distribution of cases across specialties including orthopedics, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, pain management, urology, ENT, and total joint.
Net Revenue per Case
What does a case in our specialty actually earn?
Net revenue per case broken out by surgical specialty, so reimbursement can be compared at the procedure level rather than in aggregate.
Payer Mix
How does our payer profile compare?
Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, workers compensation, self-pay, and other, presented three ways: by cases, by collections, and by charges.
Facility Stats
Are we getting the most from our physical plant?
Operating and procedure room counts, square footage, property and equipment per room, occupancy cost per square foot, and revenue and case throughput per room and per square foot.
Staffing Stats
Are our staffing levels and wages in line?
Full-time equivalents, staff hours per case, and hourly wages across nursing, technical, administrative, and other staff categories.
